One workspace for the three kinds of proving this platform needs: a part bench for the hardware, a screen-flow designer that writes its own test suite, and an acceptance check that scores a spec against its bands.

Durability map by system
Every system in the bench runs three checks. This grid holds the default design's result against its limit, so a weak spot in one system shows up next to the others instead of on its own page.

Research data by system
One card per current system: the design envelope it is tested at, the durability driver that sets its limits, the projects working on it and the systems that would replace it.
Reinforced slab
Concrete floor structure
3/3 pass
Cast-in-place reinforced slab, sized on clear span, thickness and reinforcement ratio — the floor system most of the mid-rise portfolio sits on.
Durability driver · Cover and crack width set how fast carbonation and chlorides reach the steel, so thickness and steel ratio are held to a 50-year service-life floor.
Braced steel frame, sized on bay width, column depth and the share of braced bays — the structure that carries drift and base shear.
Durability driver · Coating renewal is the whole durability story here, so bracing and column depth are held to a 30-year protection life alongside the drift limit.
Curtain-wall facade, sized on panel area, mullion depth and sealant grade — the layer that meets wind, rain and thermal movement.
Durability driver · Water tightness and sealant ageing decide when a facade fails, so the bench holds the sealant grade to a 100-point driving-rain score and 2,000 thermal cycles.
Cantilever retaining wall, sized on retained height, stem thickness and drainage effectiveness — the system exposed to the ground itself.
Durability driver · Drainage decides the pressure behind the stem and the frost damage in front of it, so it drives both the overturning factor and the 45-year chloride life.
The bench, the test-suite generator and the acceptance bands all run in this page, so results appear the moment a value changes. Nothing here replaces a physical rig or an accredited test house — the point is to settle design choices and catch gaps before either is booked.
